Sending us your Custom Mouse mat artwork

Once you have complete the checkout and you are on page 3 of 3 you will see a summary of your order. At the bottom of this page there will be a section with the option to upload an artwork. you may select your artwork file (50MB or under) and select upload. A progress bar shows the uploads progress, followed by a message to say its completed. If you miss this or wish to upload an artwork later, you can also upload artworks from your account page. Simply go to my account – orders – then click view on the order you wish to upload an artwork for. If you still need assistance, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of the site. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Artwork Guide

We can help support you with setting up an artwork for printing if you are unsure. You can simply send us an image and we will crop and fit it for you and send you a mock-up proof for approval.

For those of you who can setup artwork, the following spec is used:

• Finished Print size: 400 x 300 mm
• File size including bleed  410 x 310 mm (your design should be this size and the background should fill it 100% don’t add borders to fill the bleed area, it must be artwork).
• 5mm (0.25inch) bleed
• keep text and important parts 12mm (0.5) inches from the edges (safe zone)
• 300 PPI resolution.
• PDF, High res JPEG, AI, PSD, EPS files.

Bleed Meaning: bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed.

Please note: the uploader on the checkout will only accept JPEG, JPG and PNG. please email other file types and quote your order number.

Please leave any important imagery or text 12mm (0.5 inches) from the edge of the file for cutting clearance.
